Steve spent years as a hotel operator, asset manager and revenue management specialist. As founder of Signa Hotel Advisors and co-founder of ARCC Group, he worked with properties that ran on some of the most powerful operating systems in hospitality. He understood what it meant to manage staff performance, track revenue by channel, and make fast, informed decisions in real time.
When he saw his wife managing two premium salons with spreadsheets and disconnected tools, he knew the problem was solvable. Salon owners were spending hours manually calculating staff commissions and tips, had no visibility into which clients had not returned, and no tools to drive incremental revenue. The software on the market was either too basic, too global, or simply not built for Thailand.
